Can you help if my social media has stopped growing?
Yes. If your Instagram or TikTok has stopped growing, WIZE Agency can help work out why and build a strategy to get things moving again.
Sometimes the algorithm genuinely changes. A lot of the time, though, the audience has changed, the content has become predictable or the strategy hasn't evolved with the account.
We'll look at the data, your content and how people are responding to it rather than immediately blaming the algorithm. Then we'll work out what needs to change, what needs to stay and where the next opportunity for growth actually is.
What does a social media manager do?
A social media manager looks after how a brand or person shows up online, from strategy and content planning to posting, community management and performance.
At WIZE, we take it further than filling a content calendar and hoping for the best. We look at what your audience actually cares about, what gets their attention and what makes them engage, follow or buy. From there, we build and manage an organic social media presence designed to actually go somewhere.
How much does social media management cost in Australia?
Social media management in Australia can cost anywhere from a $2000 for basic support to several thousand dollars a month for full service management.
The price depends on how much you need, how many platforms you're on, how often you're posting and whether strategy, editing, content creation and community management are included.
WIZE Agency doesn't use a one size fits all package because a musician, restaurant and e-commerce brand don't need the same thing. We'll work out what you actually need before recommending what you should spend money on.
What is organic social media marketing?
Organic social media marketing is growing your brand through content rather than paying to put that content in front of people.
It includes Reels, TikToks, posts, Stories, community building and the strategy behind them. The goal is to create content people genuinely choose to watch, share, save and engage with.
Organic social media is what WIZE Agency specialises in. We're not an ads agency. We focus on understanding people, creating better content and building an audience that actually gives a shit about what you're doing.
Does WIZE Agency manage social media for musicians and artists?
Yes. WIZE Agency works with musicians and artists on organic social media strategy, management and content.
Music marketing on social media shouldn't mean posting the same cover art 14 times and telling everyone your song is out now. We look for ways to build a world around the artist, give people a reason to care and turn the music, personality and story behind it into content people actually want to follow.
We can help with everything from ongoing social media management to release campaigns, content strategy and video editing.
Does WIZE Agency work with content creators and influencers?
Yes. WIZE Agency works with content creators, influencers and personal brands across Australia.
Sometimes the problem isn't getting views. It's working out what you're actually building with them.
We help creators sharpen their positioning, understand their audience, develop stronger content pillars and turn an online following into a recognisable personal brand. We can also help with strategy, content development, social media management and figuring out where the next stage of growth comes from.
Can you audit my Instagram or TikTok account?
Yes. WIZE Agency offers Instagram and TikTok audits for brands, businesses, musicians, creators and personal brands.
We'll look at your profile, positioning, content, hooks, creative direction, engagement and overall strategy to work out what's helping you and what's holding you back.
More importantly, we'll tell you what we'd change. An audit isn't particularly useful if you finish reading it with another 47 questions.
